The Sono name, logo, website design, and software are our intellectual property. You may not use them without our written permission.

You retain all rights to any content you stream through Sono. By using the service, you do not grant us any licence over your audio content. As described in our Privacy Policy, audio is transmitted peer-to-peer and never stored on our servers.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email (if you have an account) at least 14 days before the changes take effect.

If you continue to use the service after changes take effect, you accept the new terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you may close your account before they take effect.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
